The experience

Rome has a long tradition of music in its churches, and an evening concert is one of the most atmospheric ways to experience it. Our concierge reserves seats for a performance of famous opera arias, sung by professional opera singers with a chamber ensemble. Programmes typically draw on Verdi, Puccini, Rossini and Mozart, and the resonance of a historic nave gives the music a warmth that concert halls rarely match. Venues include St Paul's Within the Walls on Via Nazionale, known for its mosaics and regular evening concerts. The performance lasts around ninety minutes, leaving time for a late dinner nearby, which our concierge can also reserve.
