Cancellation and refund policy
How a stay booked with Collina 24 S.r.l.s. can be cancelled, and when and how a payment is refunded.

Every booking is made under a rate whose cancellation conditions are shown before you confirm. A flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge until the date and time shown in your confirmation; after that, the first night or the amount stated is charged. A non-refundable rate is charged in full at booking and is not refunded in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure.
How to cancel
Cancel from the link in your confirmation or by writing to info@vivilocollection.it with your booking reference. The cancellation takes effect when we confirm it in writing.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, it is returned to the payment method used for the booking within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation. Bank processing times may add a few days.
If we cannot host you
If for reasons attributable to us a residence cannot be made available on the dates booked, we offer a residence of equal or higher category at no extra cost or, if you prefer, a full refund of what you paid.
