How does check-in work?
With a personal code. Once your booking is confirmed and every guest is registered, as Italian law requires, the access instructions reach you before you leave home. You arrive when your flight lands, not when a reception opens.
What documents do I need?
A valid identity document for every guest, adults and children. Italian law asks every accommodation to register its guests with the public security authority; the registration is completed online before arrival and takes a few minutes.
Can I cancel a booking?
It depends on the rate you choose. A flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge until the date shown in your confirmation; a non-refundable rate is paid at booking and cannot be refunded. The conditions are shown before you confirm, and again in the confirmation.
Is there a transfer from the airport?
Yes, on request: a driver at Fiumicino or Ciampino, and the journey back, arranged when you book or later on the concierge line.
