The address
Close to what you came for, on a street that is lively by day and quiet by night. If we would not stay there ourselves, we do not offer it.

A house in Rome with one idea: to choose the city's most beautiful addresses with care, so that you can live in them as your own.
Vivilo Collection was born in Rome from a conviction: that the comfort of a fine hotel and the intimacy of a private home belong together. Over more than fifteen years it has grown the way a collection is curated, one address at a time and always by the same measure: a place near what a guest comes to see, a safe and quiet street, a design that honours the space, and every comfort a stay in the city truly asks for.
More than five hundred properties have been in its care over the last fifteen years; today the collection gathers its residences between Rome and the coast of Sperlonga: suites in the palazzi behind Via Veneto, a penthouse above the Trevi Fountain, apartments in the districts that tell the story of Rome, a chalet fifty metres from the sea. Each is prepared by professionals between guests, opened by a personal code at any hour and looked after by people who answer.
We speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese, and our concierge line never closes: Amelia, the virtual concierge who assists our team, answers first in your language. To book with us directly is to receive our most favourable conditions, and our full attention.
A residence joins the collection only when it meets four criteria.
Close to what you came for, on a street that is lively by day and quiet by night. If we would not stay there ourselves, we do not offer it.
Furnished to be lived in: a real kitchen, a real bathroom, natural light and nothing to work around.
A personal code at the door, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and technology that makes a stay simpler, never a puzzle.
A team that answers in your language, professionals who miss no detail and a concierge who is awake when you are.

Founder and CEO of Vivilo Collection
An architect by training, Gianluca looks at a home the way the person who designs it does: the light, the proportions, the way it is lived in.
He began by letting rooms, and then whole apartments, in Munich; back in Italy, he made it his work, up to the collection that bears the name Vivilo.
