These terms govern the use of this site and the stays booked with Collina 24 S.r.l.s. (VAT IT16615761000, Via Collina 24, 00187 Roma), directly or through its booking engine.

This site presents the residences of Vivilo Collection and leads to its booking engine. The information on each residence is kept accurate to the best of our knowledge and updated when a residence changes; the availability and price that count are those shown by the booking engine at the time of booking.
Bookings
A booking is concluded with Collina 24 S.r.l.s. when the booking engine confirms it and you receive the confirmation. The rate you choose sets the payment and cancellation conditions: a flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge until the date shown; a non-refundable rate is paid in full at booking and cannot be refunded. The conditions of your rate are shown before you confirm and repeated in the confirmation.
Arrival and stay
Every guest presents a valid identity document before or at arrival, as Italian law requires of every accommodation; access instructions reach you once the registration is complete. The residences are non-smoking indoors; parties and events are not allowed; quiet is expected between 22:00 and 08:00. Pets are not admitted unless agreed in writing. The number of guests may not exceed the number booked.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the residence during their stay, beyond ordinary wear. A lost key or access device is replaced at cost. Collina 24 S.r.l.s. is not liable for events beyond its control, such as interruptions of public utilities, or for valuables left in the residence.
Experiences
Experiences shown on this site are arranged by our concierge on request and delivered by selected local guides, chefs, skippers and providers. Availability, the final price, what is included and the cancellation conditions are confirmed in writing before you book, and those confirmed conditions apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the rights granted by their national law apply. Any dispute is brought before the courts of Rome, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence.
